Chef Henrie graduated from the Austrian culinary school Landesberufsschule Obertrum in 2014. Awarded the esteemed "Goldener Kochlöffel" (Golden Spoon), in his final year of apprenticeship, a star was placed in the walkway of the academy. Now back in his childhood home of MacTier, Ontario, the Chef has opened a bistro, bringing the tastes of Europe home.

Open since May of 2018, our Bistro has undergone many changes, but the core values still apply. We aim to bring people a great experience with high quality foods, large portions and friendly environment.

In 2022 Chef Henrie’s has received the Restaurant Guru award and the Trip Adviser Travelers’ choice award.
